Another steal from my god-sister. I love basil
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
To make the Garlic Basil spread, combine the garlic, parsley, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, cheese, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor and pulse to form a paste.
